With a passion for showcasing India's diverse regional cuisine, Vikram has partnered with the leadership team in the creation of acclaimed dining experiences, including Rooh in San Francisco, Palo Alto and New Delhi, Fitoor in Santa Monica and Santana Row, Pippal regional Indian cuisine in Emeryville and Dublin (coming soon) and Alora Coastal Mediterranean in San Francisco and San Ramon. which blend authentic flavors with modern presentation and world-class service across all restaurants.
